Saskia van Altena
Content Strategy – Digital Marketing – Storytelling

Saskia studied journalism at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in Zwolle, specializing in Radio, after completing her language studies (Dutch, French, German, and English) at the Atheneum in Harderwijk. She began her career as a copywriter for the World Broadcasting Service in Hilversum and went on to work as a journalist for local and regional newspapers across Overijssel, Gelderland, and Drenthe.

Her expertise in content strategy, digital marketing, and audience engagement is strengthened by years of experience writing for diverse media and association boards. Outside of work, Saskia expresses her creativity through music, playing the alto saxophone in an orchestra in Zwolle.

Jos Keuter
Founder – Full Stack Engineer – Architect

Jos is a Full Stack Engineer and Architect based in Zwolle, the Netherlands. As the founder of Back To The Garage (2014) and creator of the upcoming Journey Of Safety, he brings decades of experience building global, long-lasting apps. He thrives on using modern, future-proof tech stacks and creating team synergy that pushes boundaries and delivers exceptional user experiences.

Outside of work, Jos is a true sports enthusiast. Whether it’s squash, golf, or following Formula 1, he thrives on competition. He also values family time, including cherished moments with his 98-year-old grandmother.

Gebby Lewerissa
Office Manager – Mediator

Gebby studied Business Administration, Corporate Communication, and Human Resource Management, and is also a certified professional mediator. She brings not only a cheerful spirit, but also a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the public sector and commercial enterprises. A true connector, Gebby radiates positive energy and is always focused on results.

Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, good food, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Bent Keuter
Strategist

Bent is a strategist at heart, with a natural talent for connecting vision and execution. He combines proven business management methods with an innovative outlook on the future. With an Associate Degree in Management and ongoing studies, he is committed to continuous growth and development.

Beyond his professional path, Bent is passionate about sports. While football – his lifelong passion – is currently on the back burner, it remains a driving force in his life.
